Welcome to the Little Kings Referral Program Form
The Little Kings referral program rewards you and your Little Kings referral! Complete the referral form and Little Kings registration prior to January 31, 2023 and you and your Little Kings referral will receive an LA Kings water bottle and custom Little Kings mouth guard as a thank you from us!
Once this form is submitted and registration of Little Kings is complete, an LA Kings representative will contact you to arrange distribution of your gifts.* Space is limited and once capacity has been reached, the referral program will close for the 2023 Little Kings program.
